Mary Flynn O’Neill
Mary Flynn O’Neill is the Executive Director of America’s Future, Inc., guiding the nonprofit organization’s administration, operations, finances, and educational programming to fulfill its mission to preserve American values and ideals, protect the nation’s Constitutional Republic, promote strong American families, revitalize the role of faith in our society, and advance the virtues of free market capitalism.
She has successfully led the implementation of numerous initiatives that have revitalized the legacy organization, such as its multimedia educational projects, Passing The Torch Of Freedom video series; America’s Future Study Series, multiple podcasts, including Roots, Rights & Reason, other America’s Future programs like its popular weekly newsletter, Champions For America member network, and law and policy program, defending the constitutional rights of Americans. In addition, Mary oversees the Little Flower Advisory Board of “Project Defend & Protect Our Children,” established by America’s Future to eradicate the exploitation and trafficking of children – the future of America.
Mary has decades of experience in leadership positions in the nonprofit and private sectors, helping organizations achieve their goals.
Prior to her leadership role with America’s Future, Mary served as an executive with the Diocese of Providence for over 10 years as Finance Director for two Catholic Churches in Newport, Rhode Island. One of these is the renowned St. Mary’s Church, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and internationally known as the location of the marriage of President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Lee Bouvier.
Previously, she worked for the Preservation Society of Newport County, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving local historic properties and delivering educational programs on the history of America’s culture and heritage. Earlier in her career, she owned several start-ups and was the founder and owner-operator of one of the nation’s most acclaimed indoor skateboarding parks, Skater Island, where many of today’s top skateboard pros were discovered.
Mary’s leadership has been recognized nationally and internationally. In 2025, she received the Peace Medal Award from the Federation of the Korean American Association, the Valor Award from MOM ARMY, and the Prevention and Awareness Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, honoring Mary’s leadership and America’s Future for outstanding efforts in combating human trafficking through prevention, education, and awareness.
Throughout her life, Mary has drawn on her professional achievements and personal experiences to inspire excellence in others. She is known for her ability to strengthen teams and guide organizations to success with integrity and compassion.
